Perinatal Mental Health

This sh!t is hard! The fertility, pregnancy and postpartum journey can be some of the most emotionally challenging times in a person's life. It can activate past hurts and trigger feelings of anxiety or depression. It can bring a huge shift in uncertainty and sense of control. It can shake up our perspective and challenge our relationships. It can disrupt our identity and who we are as a person. But it can also be the most rewarding, fulfilling and joy inducing experience.

Regardless of where you are on the rollercoaster ride of the perinatal journey, you don’t have to do it alone. If you or a partner are struggling, I am here to help.

Help you adjust. Help you cope. Help you heal. Help you find yourself again.

Because you are deserving, and you are worthy.

All parents, families and individuals are welcome, regardless of your orientation, identity, or how you chose to create your family.
